How it works.

1. You call us or submit a request.
2. We pass your request to LeadSmart, which matches you with an independent service provider available in your area.
3. The provider contacts you, and any inspection, testing, or remediation is arranged directly between you and that provider.

Licensing in Florida. Florida requires mold assessors and mold remediators to be licensed through the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR). Ask any provider for their license number and confirm it at myfloridalicense.com before you sign anything. Florida law also separates assessment from remediation: a company that performs a mold assessment on a property may not perform remediation on that same property within 12 months. Ask providers how they handle this.

How we are paid. Providers pay us on a pay-per-call/lead basis when a request is sent to them. We do not charge you a fee for this service. Providers set their own prices, and we do not control them.

Your rights. You are never required to use a provider we refer. You can get quotes from other companies, and you can check a company’s reviews on the BBB or Angi.
